To better know yourself, look up and read about Johari Window and try to know everything as much about yourself. Ask others about yourself. Your family, friends, Colleagues, Spouse, Associates. Put the information into the four quadrants and do a self scrutiny about what you thought you knew and now what you know about yourself. You can appear for the self Interest Profiling tool based on the RAISEC model developed by Dr Holland. You culd alternatively access Pearsons Assessment or Dr Don Clifton’s Strengths Finder. It will give you most likely satisfying core interest areas and guide you to career opportunities as well. Remember though that many of such are from a US perspective and may need local intervention to adapt it to your local culture / background. Important for you to remember is you are to assess which are the futuristic careers and what are the industry developments happening in your area of interest which can also be sent to you curated by your Human Resources Assistant or you can also view them on www.9thbox.in a site managed by the same team at www.careerflyght.com
